Based in the Fethiye and Ölüdeniz area, we are an independent wedding planning company arranging bespoke weddings, flexible packages, symbolic ceremonies and vow renewals. From a small gathering overlooking the sea to a private garden celebration or a wedding weekend with family and friends, we bring together the setting, people and details that make your day yours.
Meet Helen
Hello, I’m Helen, owner and head planner at Weddings by Falcon.
I’m British and live here in Turkey with my Turkish husband, Bilal and our three daughters. Turkey is our home, and helping couples celebrate here is a very personal part of what I do.
I understand how daunting it can feel to organise a wedding in another country. You’re choosing a venue from photographs, making decisions from a distance and trusting someone to understand what matters to you. My role is to make that process clearer, calmer and enjoyable—with honest advice, practical guidance and someone here on the ground looking after the details.
When you book your wedding with us, I remain personally involved throughout the planning and attend on the day. I deliberately avoid back-to-back weddings so that each celebration receives the preparation, care and attention it deserves.
The freedom to make it your own
Being independent means we can explore the venues and suppliers that suit you. We aren’t restricted to a fixed list of locations, and we’re happy to look beyond the familiar to find somewhere that fits your ideas.
Our home region offers beautiful possibilities across Fethiye, Ölüdeniz, Kayaköy, Faralya and Göcek—from waterfront restaurants and secluded bays to private gardens and boutique hotels. We also plan weddings further afield, including Kalkan, Kaş, Antalya, Side, Bodrum, Cappadocia and Istanbul.
You may already have a clear vision, or simply know how you want your wedding to feel. Either way, we’ll help you explore your options and shape the details around your priorities and budget.
Our Pure, Classic and Luxe packages offer a starting point, with flexibility to add, remove or adapt elements. For couples looking for something completely individual, our bespoke planning service brings your celebration together from the beginning.
A personal planner, supported by a dedicated team
Behind every wedding is a team working together to bring the plans to life. Alongside me, my husband Bilal oversees contracting and finance, Müjdat manages transport and logistics, and Elizabeth supports decoration and coordination plus our wider team members for additional support.
Together, we can help with venue sourcing, supplier arrangements, décor, flowers, photography, entertainment, food and drinks, guest transport and wedding-day coordination. For legal weddings, we also guide couples through the required documentation and local arrangements.
We welcome couples of all nationalities, backgrounds and beliefs. Whether you’re planning a legal civil wedding, a symbolic ceremony, a same-sex celebration or a wedding incorporating cultural and religious traditions, we’ll help you explore what is possible and create something meaningful to you.
Our company & credentials
Weddings by Falcon is the specialist wedding brand of our family business, operating through Premium Seyahat Acentası Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, under the registered travel agency name Kayacık Turizm.
We operate as a fully licensed Group A travel agency and a member of TÜRSAB—the Association of Turkish Travel Agencies—under agency licence number 12438.
This brings our personal wedding planning service together with the support of a registered travel business, helping us coordinate the wider arrangements surrounding your celebration, including guest transfers, accommodation and local travel.
We believe couples should know exactly who they are booking with. Our company details and agency number are available for you to check independently through TÜRSAB, and we’re always happy to answer questions about our business and booking arrangements.
